- Your name must appear on the property record here. If it does not, for example if the property shows a trust or you are a renter, please fill out the form, and send me an e-mail with some collateral showing your connection to the property. This could be a photo of a mailing label, utility bill, rental agreement, pretty much anything will do.
- You must have a connection to the community in Boulder Heights. This is stipulated so that only community members will get access to the video.
